Getting Bigger!

I'm getting noticeably bigger every day!  I'm quite the athlete too- Mom and Dad can feel my kicks getting stronger!

23 Weeks

The three of us are still doing great!  Only a few more weeks until Mom reaches the third trimester!  The latest on my agenda is where am I going to sleep for the first 6 months?  Mom and Dad don't know, that's for sure!  

I AM A...

BABY!!!  Mom and Dad had my anatomy ultrasound today but didn't find out if I was a boy or a girl.  Here's my cute profile:  

21 weeks

This was the best picture of me, but we'll get more next week when we do anatomy exam part II!

Thanksgiving

Here are a couple pictures from Thanksgiving in Chicago and with my grandparents in NY a few weeks ago!  After this weekend, Mom and Dad really need to get on finding me a stroller and crib!  I'll tell you one thing, shopping for me isn't easy (or cheap!).  I'm sure they won't mind buying me presents after Wednesday- it's my 20 week ultrasound!  I'm so excited to show off my new moves (like kicking Mom!).

20 Weeks down...

...20 weeks until I'M BORN!!  I'm half baked!  I'm about the size of a banana, but Mom looks like she's had a few too many bananas these days.  

I got to see a couple of my friends this weekend too!  On Saturday, Mom and Dad went stroller shopping with Baby Chandiramani's parents, Vinod and Puja, and then they saw my Argentinian friend Baby Rocatti because his/her mom, Anabella, was in town!  

End of an Era

This weekend marked the end of an era for Mom.  After an uncomfortable night out in too-tight jeans, she officially retired the last of her regular jeans and is now wearing maternity leggings.  I'm clearly growing bigger, but I still haven't given Mom a noticeable bump.  The only bump Mom's had was at Pea in the Pod- they have velcro bumps which are unbelievably cute!

Next Sunday is the halfway mark- 20 weeks down, 20 weeks to go!

18 Weeks

I can't believe I've been cooking for 18 weeks already!  Mom had another doctor's appointment today and we got to hear my heartbeat again.  Even though I haven't given Mom a big bump yet, the doctor said I'm growing well and I'll probably be very cute.  Speaking of cute, Mom promised a couple pictures from Halloween.  Now that we found the camera cord and battery charger, here they are!  Next year, I'm going to dress up as Toad.

I also got to meet my good friend, Baby Kokemor, last weekend!  Mom and Dad had a great time with Ryan and Jeremy!

Happy Halloween

Mom and Dad had a great weekend!  There would be a picture of their costumes (which, by the way, were a big hit!)  but Mom can't find the camera cord.  It's either Mom's forgetfulness or Dad's messiness!  Once she finds it, she'll post more pictures.  Oh, and there's something else I want to say:

He's in China for work now.  Thankfully it's a short trip- he'll be back on Friday.  Miss you, Dad!

15 Weeks!

Here's a picture of Mom at 15 weeks.  She doesn't have much of a belly yet.  She does, however, look pretty tired because Dad took this picture early this morning before he left for a business trip to LA.  (We miss you, Dad!)

In other news, Mom has a new food obsession: Subway.  She used to think it smelled like garbage, but now she thinks it's absolutely delicious!

Dad's Dream

Last night Dad had a dream about me!  He said in his dream I was a fat indian girl named Decathlon.  For some reason, I don't think I'll be fat, Indian, or a decathlete... 

14 Week Appointment

Today I had my 14 week appointment.  I didn't have any more photo shoots but Mom did get to hear my heartbeat.  It was really fast- about 140 bpm!  Mom still hasn't gained too much weight, but she has been eating multiple jars of pickles and bags of Starburst.  I think she's setting all kinds of records for the number of pickles she's eaten!

In other exciting news, I got to meet so many of Mom and Dad's family and friends last weekend.  The three of us just got back from my first college visit to Ann Arbor and we had a great (and sober!) time.  Mom even went to Ricks where Dad was showing everyone my picture (I think it's the first time anyone's ever showed an ultrasound picture there!)  We saw my aunt, a lot of my cousins, two great aunts and uncle, and a lot of friends from college.  I can't wait to meet everyone in person in April!
